Cooling-Off Period

You have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund if no sessions have been attended and no materials accessed (Australian Consumer Law).

No Refunds After Start

Once any session has occurred or digital content has been accessed, no refunds are issued. This applies to 1:1 packages, the 21-day challenge, and Kingmaker University.

Cancellations

- 1:1 packages: Minimum 7 days’ notice to reschedule a session (one free reschedule per package).

- Workplace programs: Cancellation fees may apply as stated in your contract.
